Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver guest experiences.
• Open and close the store with limited supervision.
• Ensure food/beverage quality and a clean, safe store environment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Grow within the role and advance from Shift Leader to higher positions.
