Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Missouri is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach team members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas, including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support. You will be among the top selling team members and drive Legendary Service.

This role requires flexibility across shifts, strong communication, and the ability to lead by example.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred and required age 18+.
• Reading, writing, and counting accurately is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coaching to team members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support store readiness and customer engagement routines.
