Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas. This role focuses on Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed to drive store performance.

You will be part of a team that values dependable attendance, flexible hours, and safe, productive operations while modeling exceptional customer service and teamwork every day.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to attendance and varied shifts including nights/weekends.
• Uphold safety and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coaching to Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and Customer engagement routines.
