Job summary

BD is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to operate production equipment in a GMP environment at the USA CT - Canaan location. You will participate in safety and continuous improvement activities while ensuring that products meet quality specifications.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineers and the area team to meet production targets and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a GMP environment.
• Understanding of quality specifications and documentation requirements.
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to manufacture products meeting quality specs.
• Repair, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment; coordinate with engineers as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products, materials, and quality standards.
• Participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Complete PM tasks and assist with additional repairs during PM.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and comply with GMP.
