Pay: $17 to $20
Have management experience?
Depending on your experience and leadership ability, you may be considered for an immediate Manager position.
Have limited or no management experience?
That's okay. You may start as a Shift Leader / Leader in Training, where we'll teach you how to run shifts, coach employees, handle customer situations, maintain standards, and eventually manage a team.
We're more interested in finding the right person than simply finding the right résumé.

We can teach restaurant operations. We can teach our systems. We can teach you how to run a shift.
What we're looking for is someone with the reliability, attitude, maturity, and willingness to become a strong leader.

For someone who demonstrates reliability, leadership, coachability, and the ability to manage people, there is an opportunity to continue developing into Manager and potentially higher leadership roles.
If you already have strong restaurant management experience, we're interested in talking with you about starting at the management level.
