Jersey Mike’s Subs is seeking an experienced Shift Leader for our day shift. You will lead a busy team, coach staff, ensure food quality, and deliver fast, friendly service in a high-volume setting.

Restaurant experience is required. The role focuses on taking charge, maintaining standards, training teammates, and running smooth daily operations with a strong emphasis on hospitality and safety.

Responsibilities

Jersey Mike’s Subs is hiring an experienced Shift Leader for our day shift!

We’re looking for a dependable, energetic, and experienced restaurant professional who knows how to lead a team, provide outstanding customer service, and keep a busy restaurant running smoothly.

Restaurant experience is required. This is a leadership position, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable taking charge, coaching team members, maintaining high standards, and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during daily shifts

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience is required

• Previous shift leader, key holder, supervisor, or restaurant leadership experience is strongly preferred

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to coach and hold team members accountable

• Must understand the importance of food safety and restaurant cleanliness

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal restaurant duties
