Job summary

Farmer Boys in Las Vegas is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, including food, labor and cash, while coaching team members to deliver Farm Fresh Food and a stellar guest experience. Training is provided online and hands-on to develop your leadership skills.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with a HS diploma or GED, able to pass a background check, and capable of English communication. Flexible full- or part-time opportunities and competitive perks available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass a background security check.
• 1 year of restaurant management or restaurant experience preferred.
• Able to read, speak, take direction and comprehend written instructions in English.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must present State/County Food Handler Card as required by state/county.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shift operations (food, labor and cash).
• Train and coach team to deliver Farm Fresh Food and great guest experience.
• Oversee FOH and BOH workflows and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in online management training and hands-on coaching.
