Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee's to supervise shifts, train crew, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent; 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver's license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shifts to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
