Hoogland Restaurant Group, owner of Marco’s Pizza locations, is seeking a motivated Shift Leader to guide team members, ensure top product quality, and drive excellent customer service. You will manage shift operations, control costs, and uphold safety standards while delivering a great guest experience.

You will support deposits, supervise staff, and participate in promo activities as we continue to grow with new locations. 18+ and leadership mindset required; benefits included.

• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts.
• Lead staff to ensure product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Delegate duties and manage all positions per shift.
• Maintain accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.
