Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, is seeking a shift leader to lead people, ensure outstanding product quality and customer service, and drive sales while controlling costs. You will train staff on processes and policies, and manage deposits and shifts to support a world-class operation.

Open and close shifts without supervision, deliver great guest service, and help grow the business as we expand with new locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage deposits and cash handling.
