Marco's Pizza in Sharon is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations, ensure top product quality, fast service, and outstanding guest experiences. You will train staff, manage shift tasks, monitor costs, and handle deposits while upholding Marco’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
• Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world class operation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
• Lead people, ensure we execute outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
