• Resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash.

Responsibilities

• Lead people and ensure outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegate duties.
• Support production and local store marketing/promotions.
• Deliver great guest service and handle deposits securely.
• Maintain standards for cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Accurately process daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
