You will lead and train staff, handle deposits, and support marketing efforts while upholding company standards.

The ideal candidate is 18+ with strong leadership and customer service skills, able to open/close shifts, and committed to a world-class guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegate duties to team members.
• Deliver great guest service and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
