Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, coach team members, ensure guest service, food quality, and cleanliness, and help with scheduling and inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner rush).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ensure guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and hitting sales goals.
• Help hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inspection-ready restaurant.
• Support marketing promotions and local store initiatives.
