Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the U.S., is seeking an energetic shift leader in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will lead people, ensure outstanding product quality and guest service, and help grow store sales while controlling costs.

Open and close shifts, train team members on processes and policies, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, handle deposits, and resolve guest concerns. This role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Desire to ensure happiness of customers.
• Ability to lead a team to produce high quality services and product.
• Must be 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors and values.
• Train team members on processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world class operation.
• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
