Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco's Pizza franchise owner in the US, is seeking energetic, goal-oriented managers to join our Milwaukee team.

You will lead shifts, train team members, uphold quality, service speed and sanitation, and help drive guest satisfaction and store growth.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards for product quality, service speed and sanitation.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
