Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, is seeking a dynamic Shift Leader to join our Wisconsin team. You will lead a team, ensure top quality food and service, and help drive sales while controlling costs.

Open and close shifts, train staff on policies, monitor sanitation, and deliver great guest service. You will handle deposits responsibly and support local store promotions in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
