Job summary

Bagel Brands in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You’ll collaborate with the General Manager, coach team members, and help set the morale and tone of the store.

You will open and close the store with minimal supervision while ensuring quality and a safe, clean environment. This role offers a flexible schedule, no evenings or nights, competitive pay with tips, and benefits including PTO after probation, an Employee Assistance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check per local, state, and federal law.
• Must have or be able to obtain ServSafe Certification before leadership training.
• Driver’s license preferred at some locations.

Responsibilities
