Bagel Brands is seeking a Shift Leader in Baytown to support the General Manager in building a positive, fast-paced team environment. You will motivate staff, coach team members, and help manage open/close procedures to ensure a clean, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or obtain ServSafe Certification before leadership training.
• Driver's license preferred or required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Opportunities for growth within the company as shown by previous Shift Leaders advancing to General Manager.
