Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team with coaching to ensure tasks are carried out effectively. The role emphasizes guest service and adherence to food handling procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible candidates should be 18+, with preferred experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles, and must be able to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to lift 25 pounds at a time and stand for long periods.
• Able to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Fluently speak/read English.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
