Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of every Team Member responsibility with confidence and excellence.
• Leads shifts with energy, engaging the team and keeping the shift on track.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining a well-executed coffeehouse environment.
• Knows deployment and roles for the day, communicating clearly on the floor.
• Reads team needs, delegates objectives, and ensures smooth handoffs between shifts.
• Owns shift decisions as Manager on Duty, staying calm under pressure.
• Trains new team members on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Arrives on time for every scheduled shift, prepared to contribute to success.
