Job summary

The Press Club Grill is seeking a shift leader to step in when the store manager is absent, guiding the team to deliver top-notch customer service while following operating policies. The shift leader reports to the general manager and helps run daily operations.

You will lead shifts, train staff, manage the line, ensure safety and quality standards, and handle cash, costs, and customer issues. This role requires energy and strong teamwork on a dynamic restaurant floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, assign tasks, and provide feedback and coaching.
• Open, transition, and close shifts with proper checklists.

• Control costs, labor, waste, cash handling, and resolve customer issues.
