Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, management and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Cash, security, inventory and labor policies must be adhered to.
• Experience as a shift lead or similar supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and drive to meet KFC standards.
• Oversee team task completion and maintain neat appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Provide feedback to RGM on team performance.
• Participate in training and conflict resolution with the RGM.
• Assist in screening candidates and managing labor and inventory.
• Support P&L through cash controls and security procedures.
