McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager for a franchisee-owned restaurant. You will lead the crew during shifts to ensure fast, friendly service, uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness, and help the team meet daily goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred. We look for positive, flexible team players who can work a dynamic, fast-paced McDonald’s environment and are at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift and monitor performance.
• Ensure fast, accurate, friendly service and quality.

• Communicate with the next Shift Manager for continuity.
• Help departments meet their goals and targets.
• Oversee food safety, inventory, and daily maintenance.
• Schedule staff and train crew as needed.
