Pita Kitchen is seeking a capable Shift Leader to own the floor and kitchen during their shift at our busy Mediterranean restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep the team and service running smoothly.

You will lead the shift from start to finish, support team members, maintain high standards of food and hospitality, and help create a positive environment for guests and staff, with growth opportunities across our multi-location company.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership or shift supervisor experience.
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Flexibility with scheduling in a high-volume environment.
