Timken is hiring a shift supervisor to lead operations across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. You will promote workplace safety, ensure quality, and drive on-time delivery while coordinating with maintenance and production teams. The role emphasizes training, attendance management, and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring TMOS training, strong leadership, and experience in manufacturing operations. A high school diploma or GED is required; SAP skills are a plus.

Formación

• TMOS training completed or commitment to enroll and complete.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing operations relevant to the role.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and support for operations team and safety.
• Ensure quality adherence and achieve shift production goals.
• Lead and coordinate problem solving for manufacturing issues.
• Manage shift schedules, training, and attendance.
• Coordinate machine maintenance with technicians.
