Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible availability including weekdays and weekends
• [Preferred] Supervisory/leadership experience in hospitality
• Food Protection Certificate required for Shift Leader promotion (can be obtained during FOH training)

Responsibilities

• Stage 1: FOH Training
• Train in 3 FOH positions – Receiver, Packer, and Expeditor
• Stage 2: Shift Leader
• Lead and support team members
• Ensure smooth and efficient service
• Must hold a valid NYC Food Protection Certificate to be promoted to Shift Leader
• Supervise daily operations
• Manage scheduling, training, and performance
• Maintain store standards and customer satisfaction
