Job summary

Silver Rice in Brooklyn, NY, is hiring a Quick Service Restaurant Manager to oversee dinner service at Lefferts Gardens location. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week and a clear training path from FOH roles to Shift Leader.

You will lead and support team members, schedule, train, and promote customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, Japanese-inspired casual setting. NYC Food Protection Certificate is required for promotion; benefits accrue after training.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality and supervising staff is preferred.
