JS Fort Group, Inc, an independently owned & operated franchise of the Jimmy John’s Franchise, LLC system, is seeking a Shift Lead. You will oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager and lead by example while maintaining a fast-paced, positive work environment.

In this role, you will be part of the Inshop tipping pool included on biweekly pay, and have opportunities for career advancement within the Jimmy John’s franchise network.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store.
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees.

Responsabilités

• Shift Leads help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager.
• Shift Lead must execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and lead by example.
• As a Shift Lead, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.
