Job summary

Shake Shack in Plano, TX is looking for a Restaurant Leader to manage the flow of service and guide a team to deliver safe, clean, high-quality and fast service on a shift basis.

You'll help build a high-performing team of hourly Team Members, assist with operations like purchasing and inventory, and participate in interviews to strengthen our staffing. This on-site role emphasizes strong communication and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
