DUNKIN’ / QUALITY BRAND GROUP in Las Vegas is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards. You will lead by example, train crew members, and manage daily operations with a focus on hospitality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring food service or retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to balance busy shifts with outstanding guest service. Flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays are available.

Formación

• You have food service or retail experience; QSR and leadership experience is a plus.
• You’re dependable, communicate well, and love helping your teammates succeed.
• You can juggle a busy shift, stay calm, and keep great guest service front and center.
• You’re available for flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Set the tone. Bring positive energy, rally your team, and make guests feel welcome.
• Keep things moving. Help with food preparation, inventory, and accurate cash handling.
• Coach and celebrate. Teach Crew Members, cheer on their progress, and recognize a job well done.
• Take pride in your restaurant. Keep it clean, safe, and welcoming while meeting food safety, brand, and network standards.
• Be someone your team can count on. Support your manager and make sound decisions during your shift.
