Papa John’s USA, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader in Tucker, GA to supervise shifts, ensure high quality products and customer service, and help drive restaurant profitability.

The role involves managing operations in line with company policies, procedures, and local laws, and maintaining overall restaurant standards. The candidate will support shift coverage, cash management, and inventory controls while fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends and emergencies.

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned station duties, makes quality products, follows product preparation procedures and maintains holding times.
• Contributes to achieving the restaurant's product goals and maintains customer satisfaction.
• Follows all policies and procedures including attendance, safety and security and image guidelines.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems.
• Manages cash handling and assists in inventory control to minimize loss.
