Qualifications

• Ownership mentality: take initiative, set the tone for the team.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Lead and direct staff in a professional manner.
• Meet company performance standards and expectations.
• Participate in all company trainings; some may require overnight travel.
• Work the assigned schedule and hours.
• Lift at least 40 pounds and perform management duties.
• Apply rational problem-solving to practical situations with multiple variables.
• Understand financial goals and work to achieve them while maintaining guest service.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness per health standards.
• Communicate goals to employees and coach them to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in running day-to-day operations and leading the shift.

• Monitor performance, solve issues quickly, keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Champion a positive, guest-first culture—ensuring every customer feels welcome.
• Help maintain accountability for standards, execution, and continuous improvement.
