Job summary

Tap Room is seeking a Shift Manager to support daily operations and ensure smooth, high-quality service on every shift. You will collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to uphold Tap Room standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in a supervisory restaurant setting, strong communication, multitasking under pressure, and a guest‑first mindset. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is needed, with TIPS certification welcome.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
• Guest-first mindset and commitment to team success.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Certifications – Valid TIPS Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team during busy shifts to deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Run daily pre-shift line checks and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor service flow and verify that all food and drinks meet Tap Room quality standards.
• Communicate with other managers to align on daily goals and game plans.
• Provide hands‑on training to new team members and reinforce Tap Room standards.
• Step in where needed—on the floor, expo, or behind the bar—to keep service running smooth.
