Job summary

Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager. You will deliver quality customer service and food items following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards while learning management duties from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, are 18+, and can pass a background check. English fluency may be essential at some stations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit.
• Assists and learns management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
