Job summary

Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products while upholding Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards. This role reports to the management hierarchy and aims to enhance each customer’s visit.

The Shift Manager is expected to have 1+ years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, pass a background check, and communicate effectively in the work location’s primary language.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit.
• Assists and learns management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
