Blaze Pizza | On The Rise is seeking a Shift Leader to manage daily restaurant activities during your shift and support the management team in delivering the business plan. You will ensure Team Members perform duties, uphold standards, and maintain high guest service levels.

Responsibilities include enforcing Blaze standards, coaching staff, handling opening/closing tasks, and driving a fast, friendly, and accurate experience for guests.

Qualificações

• Experience in leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Ability to train and supervise Team Members and provide feedback.
• Ability to enforce standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations and ensure adherence to the restaurant business plan.
• Provide direction, supervision, and feedback to Team Members.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure accurate checklists and paperwork.
• Maintain cost controls, safety, and quality standards.
• Model positive behavior and foster a trustworthy, productive team environment.
