Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Shift Leader for Buffalo Wild Wings GO in Nevada. In this role, you will supervise restaurant operations, assist in coaching employees, and ensure exceptional guest service. You'll lead daily initiatives, uphold brand standards, and motivate your team during shifts.

Ideal candidates will have restaurant experience, a demonstrated understanding of guest service, and availability for evenings and weekends. Competitive benefits include PTO, health insurance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• 1-2 years of previous restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Motivates employees to provide friendly service.
• Handles guest complaints effectively.
• Provides coaching and feedback to employees.
