Taco Bell franchise location is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts, meeting Taco Bell standards, and ensuring the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members and customers. You take ownership to solve problems, guide others, ensure team completes duties, and uphold food safety and friendly service; shift leads also handle cash, inventory and policies in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and guide others.
• Ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
