Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining quality by monitoring staff and sampling products at various stages of production.
• Enforcing safe food handling practices using HACCP guidelines.
• Overseeing all aspects of food preparation.
• Ensuring restaurant opens and closes according to company standards.
• Communicating concerns and needs with supervisors and staff.
• Assessing team morale and wellbeing to improve the work environment.
• Promoting healthy communication among team members.
• Setting clear expectations and guiding staff to achieve goals.
• Documenting discipline appropriately when needed.
• Monitoring hourly labor and coordinating breaks and clock-out times.
• Organizing storage areas to ensure proper rotation of goods.
• Ordering supplies as needed for the restaurant.
• Controlling alcohol sales and ensuring proper handling guidelines.
• Counting and logging cash across shifts.
• Interacting with guests and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolving customer service issues as they arise.
