The Wolak Group, a Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee in Castle Creek, is hiring a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will lead a team, coach colleagues, and uphold standards for service, speed, and quality.

This role offers opportunities for growth and ongoing training in a fast-paced environment. Compensation ranges from $16.25 to $19.00 per hour plus tips, with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and tuition reimbursement
