Arby’s is hiring a Shift Manager in Burley, ID to support the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You’ll lead daily operations, supervise a team of up to 15, and drive service, safety and cost control during shifts.

We value training, teamwork, and strong customer service. A Serve Safe certificate is a plus, with training available if needed, and opportunities for growth within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in foodservice and a Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Managers will be primary support to the general manager.
• Managers ensure all aspects of the operation are running smoothly.
• Includes service, food safety, and cost controls during shifts.
• Managers supervise a shift of up to 15 employees and comply with labor laws.
