Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in foodservice experience.
• Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager by supporting daily operations.
• Ensure all aspects of the operation run smoothly during shifts.
• Oversee service, food safety and cost controls during shifts.
• Supervise a shift of up to 15 employees and ensure compliance with labor laws.
