Round Table Pizza in Fresno seeks a dependable Shift Supervisor to lead operations during scheduled shifts, support team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee opening, closing, and ongoing tasks, monitor labor and food quality, maintain cleanliness and safety, and assist with training new Team Members. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities to management are available.

We're looking for dependable, service-minded leaders who take pride in running great shifts, supporting their teams, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The Shift Supervisor serves as a key leader during assigned shifts and helps ensure operational excellence, food quality, cleanliness, accountability, and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts

• Support and coach Team Members to ensure successful shift execution

• Ensure food quality, recipe adherence, and portion control standards are maintained

• Monitor guest service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally

• Ensure dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and work areas remain clean and organized

• Complete opening, shift, and closing procedures accurately

• Monitor labor deployment and productivity during shifts

• Maintain cash-handling procedures and accountability standards

• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company policies are consistently followed

• Verify completion of assigned shift tasks and operational checklists

• Assist with training and development of new Team Members

• Communicate operational issues, staffing concerns, or guest feedback to management
