Round Table Pizza in Fresno seeks a dependable Shift Supervisor to lead operations during scheduled shifts, support team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee opening, closing, and ongoing tasks, monitor labor and food quality, maintain cleanliness and safety, and assist with training new Team Members. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities to management are available.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Coach Team Members to ensure successful shift execution.
• Ensure food quality, recipe adherence, and portion control.
• Monitor guest service and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and work areas.
• Complete opening, shift, and closing procedures accurately.
• Monitor labor deployment and productivity during shifts.
• Maintain cash-handling procedures and accountability.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation in line with company policies.
• Verify completion of shift tasks and operational checklists.
• Assist with training and development of new Team Members.
• Communicate operational issues to management.
