Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Pooler, GA is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure the iconic Sonic experience for guests. You’ll supervise crew members, coordinate operations, and uphold safety and quality standards during each shift.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver fast, friendly Sonic service.
• Keep daily operations running smoothly and safely.
• Support guests with an outstanding experience and uphold brand standards.
