Job summary

KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is looking for a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced Sonic Drive-In team in Georgia. You’ll supervise daily operations, support teammates, and ensure guests receive great service during your shift.

With at least 1 year of supervisory food-service experience and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, you’ll build leadership skills, receive paid training, meal discounts, benefits, and a defined path to higher roles.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18+.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to keep shifts running smoothly.
