SONIC Drive-In, operated by KBP Drive-In, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure smooth shift execution while delivering great guest service. You will supervise, train, and support crew while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and use restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to keep each shift running smoothly.
• Ensure guests receive great service and quality standards.
• Assist with training and coaching team members.
