Job summary

Sonic Drive-In, franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team, supervise daily operations, and uphold the iconic Sonic experience for guests. You’ll be responsible for ensuring efficient service, safety, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk for long shifts, navigate compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team during shifts and ensure quality guest service.
• Keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Support training and development of team members to uphold brand standards.
