RaceTrac is looking for a Shift Manager to lead a store team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You’ll motivate staff, coach on the floor, and handle daily store operations to ensure excellent guest service and operational standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift with a cheerful, can-do attitude.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time and offer guidance during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide your team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-ins, and promotional communication.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment.
